Urban Kids Montessori provides a simple and easy registration process so you can have your child enrolled in one of our programs in no time. Following the five easy enrollment steps listed below, you and your child will have the opportunity to tour our facilities, learn about our programs and curriculum, and ask any questions you might have.

How to Enroll Your Child
Step 1: Contact the centre of your choice to schedule a visit (complete our online inquiry form)
Step 2: Take a scheduled tour in a program of your choice
Step 3: Inquire about available spots and wait lists
Step 4: Complete the registration package provided by our office
Step 5: Return the registration package together with:
Non-refundable registration fee
Program deposit
Completed application and registration forms
Financial commitment form
Pre-authorized debit form with a void cheque
Current close-up picture of your child (wallet size)
Completed emergency card
A copy of your child's birth certificate
A copy of your child's immunization record
A copy of any court order pertaining to your child
A copy of picture ID for both parents
